My favorite photography is natural looking and is not posed.  So when I am shooting a wedding I am looking for a the emotional connection between the people during this special day.  During a wedding emotions are high and the connections are many.  So I just love trying the capturing the raw emotion of the day.  I find most of those moments in the interaction between the guests and the couple when they are not looking at the camera.  Those are the candid moments that make up the day.  The sincere smiles the laughter in the moment and the joy of the couple.

When I capture a moment like the one above it just warms my heart.  You can tell the joy in everyone’s expression.  It was shot with natural light so there was not distraction from the flash.  I just set my self behind the couple and got the reaction from their guests.  So it is like a first person experience from the couples point of view.
