I love weddings and I love the south! There are certain things that you need to do take care of yourself such as drink plenty of water when you are outside during the summer months. During a wedding everyone dresses up and for guys that means wearing a coat and tie in the middle of summer. Even though you want to look cool you really need to hydrate yourself.
