As a Atlanta wedding photographer at AtlantaArtisticWeddings I look for the intimate moments that capture a wedding day.  Great wedding photography captures the emotions between people at weddings.  This is one of my favorite photos from a wedding I shoot a while back.  It captures one of the many emotional moments that make up a wedding day.

I love being a photographer for people!  What I look for are the candid moments that make up the day.  The photos that I like the most are the fleeting moments that happen in a instant.  The photo that you can look at over and over and you see something different.  When you first look at this photo you see the emotional bond between a father and a daughter.  But when you look closer you see other things too.  Such as the proud look of the mother.  You can tell by her smile how much she loves the both of them.  You can also see the guest leaning in and sharing in the moment. 

Great wedding photograph is emotional. When a viewer sees a great wedding photography they are taken back to the wedding day and are feeling the same emotions they felt that day.  You can have the big staged wedding portraits but the emotional wedding photographs are the ones that are the time travelers that take you back to that wedding day.
