Photography by the Atlanta wedding photographers at AAW

Last Saturday, Feb. 2, Atlanta Artistic Weddings participated in the Payne-Corley House’s Open House & Trunk Show in Duluth. From exquisite floral centerpieces created by Abby’s at The Cottage to delectable cake samples from The Baking Grounds Bakery Café to other top Atlanta-area wedding vendors, the two-hour event was a success. Around fifty guests toured the historic wedding venue’s grounds, sipped champagne and browsed stylish jewelry as well as elegant wedding gowns and bridesmaids dresses featured by Natalie’s Bridals by Blue Bloom.

AAW, a co-sponsor of the event, had the pleasure of mingling with potential brides and grooms and discussing all things documentary wedding photography. The relaxed meet-and-greet also included photographs of previous weddings captured at the Payne-Corley House as well as other venues in and around Atlanta. Alongside the Open House & Trunk Show, AAW photographed three stunning models—Abi, Rianna and Tessa—showcasing the trendy bridal fashions from Natalie’s Bridals and bridal bouquets from Abby’s.

What made the Payne-Corley House’s Open House & Trunk Show so extraordinary was the comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Wedding planning can be quite intimidating and taxing with numerous options available and decisions to be made. However, events such as this take all that unwanted pressure and toss it away. Future brides and grooms can actually love and appreciate the planning process without resentment.

AAW was delighted to be a part of this event and can’t wait to photograph more special wedding days ahead at the Payne-Corley House.

Cheers!
